What an amazing interview. It describes the thought process of a police officer very well. Hayward is very astute for man who has to be in his mid-80s or older here, so only a few years before he passed, at age 90, in 2017. The WW2 vet spent 33 years as a state trooper. Ted Bundy was not going to intimidate him.
